Our very own Jasmine Childs-Fegredo is a qualified yoga instructor and will be running the first PdOC yoga session on 20th June, at 6.30pm at the Postdoc Centre on Mill Lane!
Beginners and the curious are very welcome. Just turn up!
If you have a yoga mat, please bring it. If you don't, please contact Jasmine to check she can provide one for you.
If you're interested in general but can't make this session, Jasmine would be delighted to hear from you by e-mail, to help plan future sessions.
We hope this will be the first of a regular series. There is no set charge for these sessions but a donation box will be in operation.
