Yoga
The PDoc Yoga Class will continue on a fortnightly basis, on the second and forth Tuesday of every month.
This yoga class follows Sivananda style yoga, which is about breathing exercises, traditional yoga poses and relaxation. It is suitable for all levels, helping to promote wellbeing of body and mind. Any questions, do not hesitate to contact Jasmine, a fellow post doc and qualified yoga teacher.
Please bring your own mat, or contact Jasmine to see if she can provide you with one. There is no formal charge, a donations box will be in operation, with suggested £5 donation. You can just turn up, no need to sign up beforehand!
