This weekend we'll reprise an old favourite: a day trip to St Albans Christmas Market!
St Albans is a cathedral city just north of London... besides the market, its attractions include the 9th century Cathedral, Roman ruins including a well-preserved amphitheatre, Verulamium Park, a very high density of cosy pubs, and plenty of old English charm.
We will meet at Cambridge station at 10.10am. It will be possible to return back to Cambridge by early evening, although some of the group may stay later.
