Postdoc Live Painting Art Session
Are you good at illustrating your own papers and would like to explore your talent further?
Have you painted before but never find time for creativity amongst your day job?
Have you always been inspired by visual arts but never had a chance to try?
We invite all creative postdocs to join us at our Live Painting event on 26th of April 2019 at 16 Mill lane (Eastwood room) at 18:00-20:00.
We will explore a watercolour and pen technique with the help of still life set-ups.
One does not have to be an experienced artist to join, just bring your own materials and your own artistic vision!
Materials required:
Watercolour set
Artist’s black pens (optional)
Watercolour paper
Alternatively, please feel free to being other materials you prefer (e.g. pastels, acrylics).However, please note, oil paints are not recommended due to the long drying times and difficulty with stain removal.
Limited spaces available so please sign-up to confirm your space.
