University of Cambridge postdocs and students are warmly invited to a WLEN event under the theme “Preparing for Tomorrow “.


The event features inspiring keynote speakers at enterprise C-level, founders of start-up/successful companies disrupting their sectors, as well as thought-provoking panels discussions and unique networking opportunities.


Postdocs of any gender from University Departments, Colleges and Partner Institutions are welcome.

WLEN aims to empower attendees into leadership through our leadership circle series which is dedicated to elevating the conscious practice of leadership, particularly for women of colour. The Leadership Circle is for aspiring leaders who want to make a difference in the world and prepare for tomorrow.
