Postdocs of Cambridge Society

 

Tuesdays 6pm-7:15pm, The Postdoc Centre @ 16 Mill Lane, £6 per session

This yoga class is tailored for those who are lacking flexibility, spending lot of time in sitting as well as the ones are doing lot of repetitive sports like running, cycling and football. 

 

It strengthens joints, ligaments, muscles around joints and body structure; improves balance and flexibility; releases tension from body & mind. Please come and try! 

 

All levels are welcome, suitable for beginners. Please bring your own mat and blocks if you have them. Please e-mail aslan.yasemin@gmail.comto sign up – you need to sign up for each session you want to attend.

 

About the teacher (Yasemin): I am a qualified Hatha Yoga and Pranayama teacher (200 hours YTT form India) and currently running Hatha yoga, Broga classes in Cambridge. 

 

Please Note: Unfortunately, this class will not be run on 9th, 16th and 23rd April. The class will return on 30th April 2019.
