Do you feel overwhelmed, stressed and anxious often? So often in fact, that you think it is just part of normal daily life? Do you wish you could manage and handle your feelings better? Then make sure to register to this event!

 We are delighted to welcome Dr Pamela Krones, a licensed psychologist, who will gives us a psychoeducational and interactive talk about the scientific findings of stress and anxiety, and the most effective and compelling evidence-based treatment, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, for stress and anxiety disorders. She will also include a demonstration of a couple of the techniques that work quickly and effectively to reduce stress and anxiety.  


Food and drinks (alcoholic and non) will be provided.
