PdOC@Lunchtime: Caring responsibilities for Postdocs
Do you have childcare responsibilities? Would you like to know what care options, support and resources are available in Cambridge?
This event will provide you with an overview of childcare options and funding opportunities for postdocs in Cambridge.
First, Sue Davis from the University Childcare Offices will give an introduction to childcare in Cambridge. Then, Gina Warren from the Equality and Diversity Team will discuss what support and resources are available for postdocs with care responsibilities. Lastly, postdocs, will share their experience in how they balanced care with work responsibilities and the challenges they encountered.
Food and drinks (alcoholic and non) will be provided.
You do not need to pay in advance, simply bring £1 to the session.
