This session will take place on Thursday 15th August 5:45pm-7:00pm, The Postdoc Centre @ 16 Mill Lane, £7 per sessionThis Yoga class is tailored for those who are lacking flexibility, spending lot of time in sitting as well as the ones are doing lot of repetitive sports like running, cycling and football.It strengthens joints, ligaments, muscles around joints and body structure; improves balance and flexibility; releases tension from body & mind.Please come and try!All levels are welcome, suitable for beginners. Please bring your own mat and blocks if you have them.
