This Yoga class is tailored for those who are lacking flexibility, spending lot of time in sitting as well as the ones are doing lot of repetitive sports like running, cycling and football.

Please note the change in location, this session will be outside weather dependant. Sign up to be updated on location. 

It strengthens joints, ligaments, muscles around joints and body structure; improves balance and flexibility; releases tension from body & mind.

All levels are welcome, suitable for beginners. Please bring your own mat and blocks if you have them. Please e-mail to sign up.
About the teacher (Yasemin): I am a qualified Hatha Yoga and Pranayama teacher (200 hours YTT form India) and currently running Hatha yoga, Broga classes in Cambridge.
