Postdocs of Cambridge Society

This session will take place on Friday 15th Nov
5:45pm-7:00pm, The Postdoc Centre @ 16 Mill Lane,
£7 per session

There is a strong connection between the body, mind and psychology. For example, if you are stressed, you may notice the effect of this on your body with tense shoulders, impaired shallow breathing and discomfort in your abdominal area. It also works the other way around; if you remove the tension from the body, you will feel better, more relaxed and healthier in the long term. The good news is that there are very easy and quick yoga postures you could perform at your desk with minimal effort and movement.  I teach simple stretching postures that you could do yourself at your desk at work, during meetings and even at home...

All levels are welcome, suitable for beginners.
