This Yoga class is tailored for those who are lacking flexibility, spending lot of time in sitting as well as the ones are doing lot of repetitive sports like running, cycling and football.
It strengthens joints, ligaments, muscles around joints and body structure; improves balance and flexibility; releases tension from body & mind.
Please come and try!

About the teacher (Yasemin): I am a qualified Hatha Yoga and Pranayama teacher (200 hours YTT form India) and currently running Hatha yoga, Broga classes in Cambridge.
