Continuing a long tradition, from 7-9pm on Wednesday June 17th, we will be taking over the Paddock at Emmanuel College for our Garden Party!
There are 120 places available for postdocs and their guests, and through the generosity of Dame Fiona Reynolds and Emmanuel College, tickets are only £9.50! Due to high demand, we are limited to one guest per postdoc.
PdOC aren't the only ones excited about mingling with the Emma ducks - joining us will be a selection of Heads of College, Heads of Department, Careers Service, Newcomers and Visitors Society, OPDA and other friends of PdOC. They will enjoy nothing more than chatting over a glass of fizz about how they can make the University a better place for postdocs.
This event will take place immediately after the PdOC AGM, which will be held at the Postdoc Centre. It is free to attend the AGM, and highly recommend that you do so. You can register to attend the AGM at: http://goo.gl/forms/RVxObDQBIw
Please note that we will be serving savoury foods at the AGM, followed by sweets and drinks at the Emmanuel Garden Party.
How to Book:
Tickets cost £9.50 for the Emmanuel Garden Party. To book your place please register and pay for your tickets by 10 June completing the following 2 steps. We expect that this event will be sold out so please complete your payment immediately after registration.:

Note that your ticket/s will NOT be reserved until your payment has been completed.
Once you have submitted a separate registration form for each of the attendees you are paying for:
▪ Insert the name and surname of the people you are paying for (including your own) in the space below. This will allow us to match the payment with the registered names.
▪ Proceed to the shopping cart where you can adjust the number of tickets you are purchasing as necessary.
▪ You can then pay online using a PayPal account or directly using a credit/debit card.
You will receive an electronic receipt for your payment by email from PayPal.
